out in the warehouse and cant get to the phone. This also allows us to check inventory
before we get back to you, since some items may have been sold since our last

try to find the least expensive shipping method for you. We recommend
that you inquire first before you order, and we can then give you
a firm price for shipping. When inquiring about shipping costs be
sure to give us the full address you will want your order shipped

is a "RUSH ORDER" so we can figure shipping costs accordingly.

DELIVERY: except
during busy holiday and rush periods, all orders are processed and
shipped the day after of receipt of funds. We will advise you if we
no longer have the item available.
GUARANTEE: Mark Hannah Surplus Electronics, a
division of Quickar Electronics, Inc., guarantees that all items sold, will arrive
in working condition. We make every effort to make sure that used items are checked
for proper working order before they are shipped, HOWEVER;
all items are otherwise sold as-is, and all sales are final, and no guarantee
is made as to fitness to a particular application, or as to how long they will
continue to operate.
We assume no liability for improper use, and we will
not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or
improper use of products.
Since we usually purchase our products from sources other than the original
manufacturer, your warranty is with us, not with the original manufacturer.
While we will make every effort to ascertain the former
use of the used products we sell, and make these facts known to our buyers, some
of the products we sell may have been used in connection with, or contaminated
by, hazardous substances, we will not be responsible for injury, illness, or any
other damages whatsoever, arising out of contact with any product we have sold.

will attempt to communicate with Mark Hannah Surplus Electronics, a division of
Quickar Electronics, Inc.,to ascertain such features as condition, color, operational
status, weight, size, history and etcetera, prior to bidding/purchasing.
We do not maintain a calibration facility for electronic instruments, we do
not maintain a metrology lab to certify and trace dimensional characteristics,
we do not have banks of computers to analyze and characterize sophisticated systems
and we do not maintain a stocking repair facility that can service-maintain-calibrate
every item we sell. We will try to give you all the of pertinent data pertaining
to an item prior to your purchase or bid.
The time for this informational exchange is before you receive the box with
the item in the mail. Not after it has arrived. Think of this process as having
a baby - after it's delivered, it's your baby. If it has three eyes, you are responsible
for removing the third eye, if that is a feature with which you cannot live. You
wanted it, you bid on it, you excluded other bidders that may have been more deserving
but had less cash (or worse timing), you paid for its delivery and now, you are
responsible for its upkeep and maintenance. We try really hard to keep everybody
happy and it works out pretty well, for the most part. Since most of the items

of an item at a special angle, ask us! We have nothing to hide. If you wish to
purchase an item, you should know something about that item as well as the theory
that makes it do what it does and be technologically competent to repair, maintain,
calibrate, modify and otherwise properly use that item. After all, getting the
goodie you want, in the condition you want, at the price you want to pay is the
whole point.

CLAIM IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,

USE OF PRODUCTS
IN LIFE SUPPORT, NUCLEAR AND CERTAIN OTHER APPLICATIONS. Products
sold by Seller are not designed, intended or authorized for use in
life support, life sustaining, nuclear, or other applications in which
the failure of such Products could reasonably be expected to result
in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage.
If Buyer uses or sells the Products for use in any such applications:
(1) Buyer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Buyer's sole risk;
(2) Buyer agrees that Seller and the manufacturer of the Products
are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising
from such use; and (3) Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold
Seller and the manufacturer of the Products harmless from and against
any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities
arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
EXPORT CONTROL.
The sale, resale
or other disposition of Products and any related technology or documentation
are subject to the export control laws, regulations and orders of
the United States and may be subject to the export and/or import control
laws and regulations of other countries. Buyer agrees to comply with
all such laws, regulations and orders and acknowledges that it shall
not directly or indirectly export any Products to any country to which
such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Buyer acknowledges
its responsibility to obtain any license to export, re-export or import
as may be required.
